One Minute Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake
One minute, one mug, one happy camper.
Ever find yourself craving something sweet and whipping up a batch of brownies, then proceed to eat the whole batch in one sitting?
If you’ve answered yes, then you’re in good company.
Not to worry, this perfect-for-one chocolate mug cake solves all your problems.
It’s gooey, chocolatey (obviously), delicious and wonderfully easy to make. The next time you’re hankering for a chocolate treat, try this recipe and thank yourself later.

Ingredients (1 servings):

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp flour (can sub oat flour)

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp peanut butter (sub any nut butter or 1 tbsp oil if nut free)

3 tbsp non-dairy milk
-
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 x Makan Snacks peanut butter chocolate cup, chopped. (or sub 15g chocolate chips)
Method:

In a mug, mix the cacao powder, flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking powder together until fully mixed.

Add the peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract, then stir until combined.

Fold through the chopped Makan Snacks peanut butter cup.

Microwave on full power for 45 seconds.
