Crunchy Fresh Asian Slaw

Crunchy, spicy (if you want it!), sweet, salty - the perfect Robin to any Batman dish.

Don’t be fooled by the word slaw. The similarities to a coleslaw ends with all the vegetables being shredded. Whilst a coleslaw is thick and often creamy, this Asian slaw is light and refreshing.

It reminds us of the flavours in fresh Thai salads. We love making a huge batch and adding it to any meal. Just a little bit on the side of any dish really brightens it up, adding texture and a burst of flavour.

Our favourite way to serve it lately has been alongside some of our Soy and Smoked Paprika Tempeh, steamed rice and veggies. Top with our Crunchy Roasted Fava Beans for the ultimate crunchy.

Sure - there’s a time and place for every slaw but the time for this slaw is now.
